  • Do I need an account to order a product?

    It is possible to checkout as a guest, you are not obliged to create an account.

  • How can I create an account?

    At “my account” you can register and create an account by entering your name and (shipping) address.

  • How can I reset my password?

    At the login page you can reset your password by clicking the “forgot your password?”. Fill in your email address and you will get a notification in your mailbox soon. Follow the instructions in the email and reset your password.

    You will receive an email with the T&T code to follow the status of your order. If you order before 16:00 Dutch time, we will ship it out the same day.

  • Which sizes do you offer?

    We offer one-size-fits-all poncho’s for adults and kids

  • What’s the length of the surf poncho’s?

    • Adults: 96cm long, measured from the shoulders
    • Kids: 70cm long, measured from the shoulders

Returns and warranty

  • Can I return my order?

    If you are not 100% sure about the product, you can return your item(s) freely.

  • What are the costs for returning the order?

    Returning goods are at the expenses of the sender and depends on your location.

  • Can I change my order?

    If you have an account, you can change your order until you have received a confirmation with your order shipped out.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    After we receive the returned item(s), we will check them and refund the amount no later than 3 days after delivery at our warehouse.
