If, after delivery of one of our products, you notice an imperfection or production error, please contact the NTNK customer service ([email protected]) to report your complaint, they will explain the follow-up process. The costs for returning are in the event of damage during transport or a production error on the account of NTNK BV.

If you unexpectedly have made a wrong decision for an accessory (eg size, color or design), you can report this to the NTNK customer service, they will help you with the follow-up process. In that case, the costs for returning are for your own account. The item must be returned neatly and in the original inner and outer packaging.

If the item is not correctly packaged or damaged, the full amount cannot be refunded and the debit on the product must be determined. NTNK can no longer sell the item as new. Upon receipt of the return shipment, it will be assessed, and you will be informed.
